The Advanced Information and Communication Technology Centre (AICTC) of Sharif University of Technology and the Computer Society of Zanjan Azad University in conjunction with High Council Informatics, Supreme council of ICT and Zanjan Azad University will be organizing a conference on FOSS subject on Thursday, 9th of March 2006.
  In this one-day conference, titled the “Student Society and Free/Open source software”, students from the Islamic Azad University, Zanjan Branch, will learn how to use these softwares in education.
  Organizing tutorials on Linux applications and presentation of a film on the revolution of open source are other activities of the conference. From late February 2006, the website of the conference has been set up. This website on the Internet can be accessed via here.
