Iran FOSS project took part in LinuxTag 2007

Representatives from FOSS Iran took part in the LinuxTag conference in Germany to improve the organization's international fame as well as introducing the outcomes of FOSS in Iran.

The presence was facilitated by FSFE and the representatives aimed at letting people know about the outcomes and results of the use of FOSS in Iran and the activities in this regard.

The Iran FOSS project director, Dr. Mohammad Khansari, was also among the lecturers of the event. His lecture titled “ GNU/Linux stack Localization to right-to-left languages: Persian Language Experience”. Unfortunately he couldn’t attend at the conference to present this talk.

This year, LinuxTag took place in Berlin on May 30, 2007.
