The FOSS.ir project, in a joint effort to produce educational content in persian lamguage, has prepared about 2200 educational slides by experts in the relevant fields.
FOSS is one of the most attractive issues in Iran's software realm and thus needs its own kind method of learning, considering the wast spectrum of its audience. The FOSS.ir project is meant to provide a total solution to the discussed issues through investigation of the feasible choices and the advantages of implementing a Linux e-learning infrastructure. The outcome of the project is a 120 hour course ranging from novice to expert in level that will be available the public via Internet.
All parties interested in GNU/Linux in Iran, from now on, can download a comprehensive collection of e-learning material through Internet. The course is available at http://elearning.foss.ir/ and contains 10 tutorial packages for Linux ranging from beginner to advanced users.
Linux computer based training (CBT) CDs are ready to be shipped by foss.ir. The collection which will be made available in a 4 CDs pack is a CBT collection providing learners with tutorial content for intermediate GNU/Linux users.
