Issues
- Need to assign senior system administrator to overlook technical aspects of server
- Access to be managed by sysadmin - dhanesh, via sudo
- Permissive permissions, but postmaster, webmaster should not touch other settings, other than their own. Email/ask for permissions first if a task is needed (eg. new mail account for web application) to manager (postmaster) first.
DNS

Administratively Dhanesh to manage domain registration. (iosn.net expires January, so we need to transfer access ASAP)
DNS administered by system administrator, bind9 standard on FreeBSD?.

Manages mailing lists, mail server, spam etc. anything mail related.
Todo
- Setup Postfix - integrate mailman, single domain, Maildir
- Setup Mailman - migrate the lists (copy from apdip, iosn.net lists only). Need ask webmaster to setup cgi entries for mailman.
- Setup Spamassassin (and other spam tools such as Razor, pyzor, RBLs?)
- Setup Clamassassin/ClamAV?
- Integrate virus/spam checks with mailman
- Integrate postfix aliases with mailman (for new lists)
- Setup IMAP (suggest courier) for mail access
