Open eGov project is applicable to any government organization. It is a stable, scalable and functional web CMS with specific government features. The City of Newport News, Virginia shares the software and knowledge base free of charge and without any obligations. Open eGov is the winner of the 2008 Havlick Award for Innovation in Local Government.
