Proctor Training Participants
List of participants for LPI Proctor training and important information
Requirements
- Proctors should email passport photo for proctor id to Khairil Yusof in order to get digital ID cards.
- Proctors should bring along the signed Proctor NDA
- Proctors should review the two LPI proctor presentation slides emailed.
Visa Requirements
Visa should not be required by any of the participants to enter Vietnam for this event. If in doubt, please contact your local Vietnamese Embassy beforehand.
Airline Tickets and DSA (UNDP Allowance)
Tickets will be issued (where required) by UNDP country offices along with terminal expenses and allowance.

A simple budget hotel, with clean rooms, airconditioning, hot shower, TV, IDD and laundry services. It's also 5 minute walk, from pickup point. There is no internet connection in the rooms, but there is an internet cafe nearby.
Taking a taxi from the airport, should be less than VND50,000 (USD3). Use the metered taxi's just outside the airport. You should insist, on using the meter, if the driver asks otherwise.
If you would like to have pickup service arranged by the hotel, please inform Khairil Yusof and give your flight details by Wednesday (10th November).
Proctors will be booked to say in this hotel, please inform us before hand if you wish to stay at another hotel. You will need to make your own arrangements to get to the pickup point or ProNet if staying at another hotel.
Transportation to venue
Transportation will be provided, the bus leaves from 244 Dien Bien Phu, District 3.
Please meetup in HoangDe hotel lobby at 7:00am on Nov 12th and Khairil Yusof will guide you to the pickup point.

How to get Pronet from Ho Chi Minh City
- Follow the Hanoi Highway
- Go until the intersection with Xuyen A highway, near to Suoi tien park. Then turn on the right by the bridge
- Turn on the right at the end of the bridge to go the Vietnam National University at HCM City
- ITPark is on the left after 200m
