UP Manila is IOSN ASEAN+3 Node
The University of the Philippines Manila, through its National Telehealth Center, will host the secretariat of the IOSN in ASEAN+3. Chancellor Ramon L. Arcadio signed the agreement late March and Dr. Alvin B. Marcelo, director of the NTC will be the node manager.
