4) Help SME's in spotting good candidates;
5) Linking skills to current needs in industry;
6) A big opportunity for members to create portfolios;
7) Provide future FOSS trainors.

L&K Session would be a good venue to share your ideas and get points from other people regarding FOSS projects.

They shall also be announcing their membership scheme during the session.
