Multimedia Development Corporation to hold Creative Commons competition
Malaysians above the age of 17 are invited to take part in the first Creative Commons Malaysia Competition organised by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC).
MDC vice-president Ng Wan Peng said the objective of the competition is to encourage the use of creative materials available on the Creative Commons website to produce new and original creative works.
Entries submitted must build upon existing works available at the Creative Commons website (creativecommons.org/find), MDC said in a statement last week.
Participants must identify the Creative Commons work they use and attribute each work to the original author.Read full text of article
