Wikimania 2007, the third annual international Wikimedia conference will be held August 3-5 in Taipei, Taiwan at Chien Tan Overseas Youth Activity Center.
Thailand Open Source Software Festival,or TOSSFEST has been held yearly since 1999 hosted by National Electronics and Computer Technology Center(NECTEC). Its goal is to publicize the importance and benefits of Open Source Software, and to strengthen the community of open source software by finding and expanding Open Source Software alliance network.

AsiaBSDCon is a conference for users and developers on BSD based systems. The next conference will be held in Tokyo, in March of 2007. The conference is for anyone developing, deploying and using systems based on FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, DragonFlyBSD, Darwin and MacOS X. AsiaBSDCon is a technical conference and aims to collect the best technical papers and presentations available to ensure that the latest developments in our open source community are shared with the widest possible audience.
The Asian and Pacific Training Centre for Information and Communication Technology for Development (APCICT) is organizing a Forum, entitled "Asian and the Pacific Regional Forum on ICT Capacity Building: Where are we, where are we going and what will it take to fill the gap?" The Forum will be held from 5 to 6 March 2007 at Incheon, the Republic of Korea. Immediately after the Forum, a training session on E-Government Training is planned to be held for the invited participants for 7-9 March 2007.
