Most of the countries are still suffering in low bandwidth, poor internet connectivity and unstable intranets are the cause of non-stable ICT echo systems in countries. Countries, like Pakistan are shifting over the strong, stable and high bandwidth network infrastructures. This change will be the result of strong ICT echo system and FOSS prmotion campaign needs same type of scenarios.
